How much does a transfer between users cost?

Nothing. Transfers between TrustChange accounts are free and instant.

Which documents do I need to open an account?

A valid ID and a selfie. Verification takes about 5 minutes.

Can a bank send a transfer to my TrustChange IBAN?

No. TrustChange isn't a bank: your “TC…” IBAN is specific to TrustChange and only works for transfers between TrustChange users. To top up your account, use Mobile Money or sell crypto.

Do my customers need TrustChange to pay my link?

No: they pay by Mobile Money from the link page. Those with an account can also pay from their balance.

Which countries is TrustChange available in?

In CFA franc countries (XAF and XOF) where our Mobile Money operators are present. The list keeps growing.
